We believe in unlocking the full potential of each coffee variety by crafting a unique roast profile for every bean. Our aim is to showcase the inherent clean, sweet and aromatic characteristics. To achieve this, we carefully select whether to roast our beans light or medium, ensuring that the natural taste of coffee shines through.

At the center of our coffee roastery is our Giesen W15A Roaster. It is used on a weekly basis for our own coffee shops, wholesale customers and webshop customers.
