Shipping Information

All online orders will be shipped via DHL Parcel Domestic (Malaysia). Orders usually ship within 2-3 days of being placed, but we aim to get them out sooner. 

Delivery times vary depending on end location but as a rough guide, kindly see the information provided by DHL below:

  • Major Towns (Klang Valley): next day delivery
  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): 2-4 days delivery
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 days delivery  

Delivery days and windows are Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm)

Shipments can be tracked from the DHL E-Commerce public webpage where you can view full shipment information. Shipment tracking is available from DHL E-Commerce Portal in the following forms:
