Return Policy
We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.For products (excluding perishable goods), we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The products which can be returned include:
- Cups by MK Studio
- Table mats by LIND DNA
- Wooden Trays
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at retail@kopenhagencoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you an e-mail with a return shipping label which you are required to print out and paste on the packed return shipment. A DHL courier will collect this from your address. If you do not have a printer, kindly write the Tracking ID and Shipper's Name on the parcel. You are further required to have the return shipping label on a smartphone device which the DHL courier will scan during the parcel collection.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the costs for the return shipment shall be borne by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. This includes:
- Coffee Beans (House Blend and Single Origin)
- Sale Items
However, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you are not sipping with a smile, please contact us at retail@kopenhagencoffee.com within 14 days of your order date for any problems with your coffee.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
According to our payment provider (iPay88): the refund process will take up to 16 days.
