How often do you deliver the coffee beans?

We deliver freshly roasted beans every month, always sourced from the latest harvest year to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and freshness. Each batch is roasted to order, so your office always brews with peak flavor.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

No stress we’ve got you covered. Just reach out to our support team and we’llinspect, troubleshoot, and repair or replace your machine as quickly as possible. You’ll never be left without coffee.

Can we change our plan or upgrade later on?

Absolutely. If your team grows or your coffee needs change, you can upgrade, adjust, or move to a new tier anytime. We’ll help you make the switch smoothly with no disruption to your coffee supply.

Are there any extra or hidden charges?

None. Every cost from bean delivery to servicing is clearly outlined in your plan. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for, with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

Can we taste the coffee before signing up?

Yes! You can join us for a cupping session at our coffee roastery or request an on-site tasting at your office. It’sa great way to experience our coffee’s firsthand and help us understand your team’s preferences.

What kind of maintenance or servicing is included?

All plans include quarterly coffee quality checks and scheduled servicing as needed. Our technicians keep your equipment clean, calibrated, and running smoothly so your brews stay consistent day after day.

Do you help with training or setup?

Yes — our team will set up your machine, dial in the perfect brew, and guide your staff through basic operation and care. We’ll also leave a quick brew guide for easy reference.

What if our team drinks more coffee than the included beans?

That’s no problem. You can top up anytime at your plan’s per-kg rate. We’ll make sure you never run out, even on the busiest coffee days.

What happens after our plan ends?

Before your plan ends, we’llreview your usage and feedback to recommend the best next step whether that’s renewing, upgrading, or adjusting your setup. Whatever you choose, we’ll make the transition easy.
