José Claudio Pimentel’s farm dates back to the 1940s, with knowledge of the land and its bounty having been passed down from generation to generation. The farm sprawls 19.5 hectares and is located in the rolling hills of Sul de Minas–one of Brazil’s most productive coffee producing areas. Sitio São Bartolomeu is a naturally-processed Red Catuai coffee, with tasting notes of toasted nuts and sweet milk chocolate brightened by citrus fruit.
